Meet our team of highly trained professionals

At Goldcrest House we have a highly qualified, long serving and dedicated team of people to support our service users. We recruit genuinely caring people who have a passion ‘to care’. Supporting our service users isn’t just a job to our team it’s a true vocation.

The home also works very closely with the local Job Centre, and routinely offers work placements for youngsters in education who would like a ‘taster’ of working in the health and social care sector. Goldcrest House also supports the local apprenticship scheme and currently employs an apprentice who attends Selby College to study a Diploma in Care.

Trish Patrickson – Home Registered Manager
Having worked with Goldcrest House since 2004, Trish’s dedication and commitment to the business has resulted in her successfully taking the role of Home Registered Manager.

Is a specialist Educational Psychologist employed on a consultancy basis to give advice, training and support to Goldcrest House staff and service users.

Responsible for all administrative tasks Leah supports the Home Manager, Care Support Team, and Service Users ensuring the smooth running of Goldcrest House.

Starting her caring career at Goldcrest House as a support worker Rhonda has been part of the team since 2010.

Harry Finnerty  – Team Leader and Care Manager
Harry started his career at Goldcrest House in April 2016 and has previous professional experience working in the same position, as well as a personal link to our aims at Goldcrest House through his son living with ASD.
