At Goldcrest House we have a highly qualified, long serving and dedicated team of people to support our service users. We recruit genuinely caring people who have a passion ‘to care’. Supporting our service users isn’t just a job to our team it’s a true vocation.
The home also works very closely with the local Job Centre, and routinely offers work placements for youngsters in education who would like a ‘taster’ of working in the health and adult social care sector. Goldcrest House also supports apprenticeship schemes by working in partnership with further education colleges in the area.
Having worked with Goldcrest House since 2004, Trish’s dedication and commitment to the business has resulted in her successfully taking the role of Home Registered Manager.
Is a specialist Educational Psychologist employed on a consultancy basis to give advice, training and support to Goldcrest House staff and service users.
Starting her caring career at Goldcrest House as a support worker Rhonda has been part of the team since 2010.
Harry started his career at Goldcrest House in April 2016 and has previous professional experience working in the same position, as well as a personal link to our aims at Goldcrest House through his son living with ASD.
Keeley has the very important role of providing financial, secretarial and administrative support to the Registered Manager, the Management team of Goldcrest House and Directors of the company.
Formally a support worker since 2018 at Goldcrest House Kirsty has completed further training in understanding autism, activities, and event planning to become a Coordinator for Clinical Wellbeing and Practice Coach.
